Good work endures.
For more than three decades, Seghi Renovations has brought careful planning, honest guidance and enduring craftsmanship to homes across Southeast Michigan.
Personal enough to listen. Experienced enough to lead.
Jim Seghi founded the company on a simple idea: treat every client as if you were helping a friend. That principle still guides every sketch, selection, site visit and final detail.

Aging in place
Stay in the home you love, for years to come.
Aging-in-place remodeling is one of our specialties. For decades, South Lyon-area families have trusted Seghi Renovations to help them, and their parents, keep living safely and comfortably at home as their needs change. We plan ahead with you, so your home is ready before you need it to be.
The best aging-in-place design doesn't look like a hospital. It looks like a beautiful kitchen or bathroom that just happens to be easier to use. Our design team brings the same care to accessibility that we bring to every project, with finishes and details you'll be proud of.

- Pull-out shelves and drawers within easy reach
- Counters at more than one height
