These Terms & Conditions describe the Seghi Renovations SMS Program, which covers the text messages we exchange with customers and website visitors who opt in, and apply to your use of seghi.net.

SMS Program

Program name and description. The Seghi Renovations SMS Program sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us, including visitors who start a conversation with the chat assistant on our website. Messages include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate follow-ups, updates about your project, and occasional promotional messages about our services.

Opting in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, for example in the chat assistant on seghi.net. By opting in, you agree to receive Seghi Renovations notifications and alerts. You may also receive occasional promotional messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
