Seghi Renovations was founded in August 1989 with the business philosophy, always treat our clients as if we were helping a friend. As a licensed builder, Jim Seghi and his team value each and every client. Every project is unique to us, and we approach each project with attention to detail for that client’s wants and needs. Our showroom is designed as a one-stop-shop for all your remodeling needs. Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and tile can all be selected from our in-house Design Center. The home remodeling process can seem overwhelming, but It’s Simple with Seghi.
Seghi’s showroom first opened in 2006 and has developed from a small project specialist to a complete home improvement business that continues to grow.
Meet Our Team
Jim Seghi
Owner / Operator
Jim started Seghi Renovations in August of 1989 and has been a local resident since 1985. Jim has always been an active member in the community participating in many High School fundraisers and the Chamber of Commerce.
Kristin Bodnovits
Lead Designer
Kristin has been with Seghi Renovations since 2013. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University in 2008. Kristin creates 3-D visual renderings and technical floor plans that bring concepts to life. She specializes in space planning, cabinet specification, materials, and finishes. Her ability to create unique designs for every client is a testament to her experience and creativity.
Lauren Turner
Office Manager & Design Assistant
Lauren started with Seghi Renovations in 2014. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2015 and an Associate’s Degree in photography from Oakland Community College in 2012. Lauren manages the day-to-day office operations and specializes in material selections, including cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing, paint colors, and more.
